The University XXI program is a partnership between the University of Texas at Austin and Texas A&M University to provide access to academia and applied research resources in support of the Digitization and Transformation process for the United States Army, and sister Services as appropriate.

Some of our current research efforts being performed by the University of Texas at Austin are efficient automated training in core branch skills for field artillery officers returning from combat deployments and efficient training in an automated environment for medical personnel via the Joint Medical Work Station (JMeWS) program.

Some of the current research efforts being performed by Texas A&M University are data visualization for more efficient analysis of large data bases and modeling of the civilian information infrastructure in military simulations.

The goal of these research efforts is to provide short term solutions and deliverables to current issues facing our Operational Forces through collaboration with our Material Developers and Quick Response Capabilities/Requirements Leads.
